Nintendo’s ridicilous refund policy apperently can’t even refund games that aren’t working, and which they can’t fix



I bought Super Mario Party on accident around a week ago, meaning to buy Mario Party Superstars. I reached out to Nintendo support and they didn’t want to give me a refund for the game, due to their policy. I understood, was sad, and went on my merry way to play a game i didn’t even want to play. After a bit of playing i decided to try Megafruit Paradise. I Looked on YouTube and google to find if people had experienced this before, i didn’t find anything. I contacted Nintendo support, and went through around 3 emails and 2 hours of debugging, but nothing seemed to work. After the emails, they told me to try the same stuff again, which i did, and it still didn’t work. After this, i was fed up. I replied, “if you can’t get it working, can i just please get a refund”, they declined. Idk what to do, I’m stuck in a loop.
