It’s a mix of the battle between the crews of Noah and Mio from the first trailer and the battle where all together in the second trailer they encounter the nemesis monster that’s sure to be an Ouroboros. You can find it right here next to Story in the main page.

There you can see that Sena was behind Mio before her attack on Noah that was countered by Lanz, making it clearer that these clashs between the teams are all part of the same event and cutscene. And with regards to the nemesis monster in the second trailer, now you can see Eunie healing Sena after she’s sent rolling on the floor, plus a segment never shown before where Noah defends Mio before taking her with him to run away.
