Here I demonstrate both the value of Tech Egg Gyarados and the value of Deluxe Lucky Skills. Head Start 1 in conjunction with flinch allows Gyarados to skip a Sync cycle. Pinpoint Entry 2 for Kris grants her full Mega Kick accuracy. Collaboration between the two units leads to an extreme offensive.
Out the box, Kris’s grid tiles toward accuracy are expensive and inefficient since they only raise Mega Kick to 85% for what they cost. Pinpoint Entry 2 raises her accuracy by 2 of the 6 accuracy levels, and +2/6ths of Mega Kick’s base 75% means she secures 100% hits at the cost of an offensive Lucky Skill. I consider this to be a tactical and worthwhile exchange to grant her a greater level of autonomy, especially as the showcase demonstrates how extraneous an offensive Lucky Skill would be toward her securing victory.
