Nintendo Switch

I never realized the Switch had so many golf games. What are your highlights?

The most obvious one here is [Mario Golf Super Rush](https://youtu.be/aucAzFWpvMc), which was released only last year. But there are several other notable golf games on the eShop. First and most notable is [Golf Story](https://youtu.be/YyjTzc7EH4I), a Switch exclusive that takes heavy inspiration from the old Mario Golf RPGs on Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance. Still waiting on that sequel to show up any day now. Then there’s [What the Golf?](https://youtu.be/A1-sb3SPtLk), probably the only notable golf game to come out in 2019 and it plays like nothing else you’ve seen in the sport. And finally the only other big one I can find is [Golf With Your Friends](https://youtu.be/dbyZze_lbcs), a multiplayer focused game where you can play with people locally or online in wacky golf courses.

But there are some other golf games on the Switch that actually were published by Nintendo themselves. On NSO you can play the original [N64 Mario Golf](https://youtu.be/W5R8hVFVt3M), now with online play and virtually no input lag (thank god). The sport is also included as one of the 51 included games in [Clubhouse Games](https://youtu.be/I-DsOVUYxXw) for Switch, being based on the top down incarnation from the NES golf game. Finally and most recently, Golf is planned to be added in a free update for [Nintendo Switch Sports](https://youtu.be/TZ16-1YIRAc) but has no release date in sight.
