A few notes about this run:
1. Latios missed the first Draco Meteor. This is bad. We want Latios at -2 so we don’t spend another snatch to get rid of Dragonite’s buffs. Due to this I kill Dragonite before Salamence even though Salamence’s ramping up will hurt a lot.
2. We take Stoic just so we can stall bar 3 past the Double-Edge. It hurts a lot.
3. TM MPR necessary in order to supply healing and stat reduction immunity which helps in keeping our defensive buffs to stave off Latios’ guaranteed debuffs.
4. Nuke out bar 2 to completely not care about sure crit Earthquake.
