I’ve been trying this off and on since around the time of the SC Diantha vs Bulu solo lol. The start of bar 1 is this elegant dance where you try to flinch Latias and her friends just the right amount to avoid any of them ramping up too much before you can kill them. Everything after that is kind of just… spam Aura Sphere and hope to flinch early and often, whip out your Sacred Sword when you have a moment. Here I stalled out bar 2 to nuke bar 3 (the Aura Sphere before the last sync is important for damage ranges because Latias annoyingly buffs its stats at the start of bar 3). The other option (which I usually try if my second sync fails to crit) is to instead nuke bar 2 asap and try to stall out bar 3, but personally I find bar 3 more annoying to juggle *ice beam freeze flashbacks*
This wasn’t even a particularly clean run (ideally I’d get 2 MPR for survivability). I just got very lucky with bar 2 flinches…
