I assumed each CyberSpace level would be a completely new thing but I also kind of like when you get to explore a bit more of an area with each level. And it sounds like you’ll get a different perspective on each zone with each level. With IGN finding a meaty, 2-minute level just 6 hours into the game maybe they’ll just keep building until cyberspace ends up becoming truly epic.

Three Open Zones in just 6 hours is a lot shorter than I would’ve expected but he also only reached level 10 of 99 on the speed cap. We can’t say for sure whether that’s just a sign of endless grind potential but if we use it as an estimate of actual 100% completion game time, we’re looking at 60 hours. I’d say 40-60 hours is the perfect longer playtime count so I’m on board. (These 100+ hour adventures are really starting to wear me down lol)

This game reminds of the PoP 2008 reboot.

Pointless nonsensical Paceman 3D clone with varying generic “pretty” gfx.

  3. Why why WHY why does that massive green area NOT look like green hill?!?! Why is it so generic!

I don’t care what this guy says I still refuse to believe we’ll get a good Sonic game in the the year of our lord, 2022

That level of pop-in on a PC build,m is grating and does not bode well for a console (god forbid Switch) release.

  6. You know, I will probably get this game eventually (Most likely in the clearance bin). I haven’t played a sonic game since heroes I think. This game looks really bland and the random floating things don’t make any real sense but I am sure I will get a kick out of it simply from nostalgia.

It’s impressive how Sonic just keeps falling flat time and time again, and yet people keep coming back for more
