No he's no Joke, he just has high determination to not die.
Imagine we might have an Arceus Unit during the endgame of Pokémon Masters EX. Arceus' kit would be around dealing super effective damage against all Pokémon Types. As for now, we have most Normal-Types dealing neutral damage and mostly do support capabilities with the exceptions of Spring May and Gladion. Yeah! It's recommended to skip Hugh. And take care of yourself, SPLgum.

His Recoil Removal should’ve been at least 7 (80%), even 9 (100%) wouldn’t be that op.
