I love it when this happens! Years ago, I went to a GameStop that had Lollipop chainsaw (if you remember that game lol) out on shelves a week early on accident. I had to get it just because it was cool getting the game a little before everyone else

i walked into a GameStop on Monday cause i forgot to pick up my physical copy of beyonetta 1 for the switch last month. the employee goes into a drawer and pulls out beyonetta 3 scans it, hands it to me… i realized it was beyonetta 3 when i got into the car. I was going to take it home and play it… but then I remembered gamestop management is a B**** and they might fire her for that… so i went back and handed the game back… they apparently sold my preordered beyonetta 1 game… sigh…

I remember when The Witcher 2 came out I found someone who posted that CDprojekt was giving out 200 copies early for people to play, you just had to go into link and leave a paragraph stating why you should be selected. I honestly told them how I donāt own a YouTube channel, and that I just wanted to play their game and would tell my friends about it, sure enough they sent me a copy, I still bought the game anyways when it came out (because they gave me a free game 2 weeks before it was even released).
