I have a dragonite Hundo from 2016 as well. Caught him 18 days after you 😂, 9/19/16.
Did you max him out already? Mine is at 49 right now, waiting to max him out when I’m level 46, one of the requirements is to max out 3 pokemons.
It takes me months to get 338k stardust lol I’m jealous
Congrats! My husband and I also have our 2016 hundos that we caught on vacation in Ohio so that’s a fun memory we have of that Pokémon. We didn’t get enough to max out today but once we do some trades, transfers, and maybe a couple Dragonite raids we should be good.
Gzzzzzzz! I ended up with around ~320k stardust just from this event, the most I’ve ever had in the game at one time. Powered up a few other pokemon a little, gave my new (96) 15-15-13 Dragonite a secondary move based on PVPoke’s advice, and then whacked it all the way up to lvl 41.5 (3847). Next aim is to get it up to 50!

This is the same for me today! Didn’t get him to level 50 but finally got enough candy to get him to a good spot (need more XL candies). Traded with my brother, he’s from 2016 🙂

I caught my 1st hundo of 2016 on Dec 31. Its poised and ready for LVL50, I’m just trying to be patient and do it for the level up task for 47? Or whatever. Oh yeah, its a venusaur.

That’s pretty awesome, I didn’t get my first Dragonite until March 2017. However I do have a Chansey from two weeks after the game released that I think was a pretty big flex back then.
