Wow, it is almost like selling the game on Epic Games Store exclusively instead of on Steam was a bad idea. Who would have thought?

You really wanna know?

Cause the game….is just mediocre…..at best.

probably because anyone that wanted to play it already played it when they were practically giving it away on steam and saying there was licensing issues so it was going to get taken down “so buy it now guys!”. Well, I bought it for less than like $10 back then so why the balls would i pay $25 now? Wasn’t particularly good or bad, and just never finished it.

I didn’t even know this remaster came out lol
Harbinger-Acheron
I kinda wanted it on switch, but heard it was poorly optimized and performed poorly unfortunately. I love Remedy and will probably pick it up on pc at some point, but I have so little time for pc gaming compared to switch
Riomegon
Based on what I’ve seen reviews wise… it’s a crap port… so No surprise there. There was zero build up leading to the release on Switch. That’s not smart marketing.

I’d buy it if the damn thing ran well on the switch and we didn’t get the 240p version.

I played it on gamepass and I enjoyed it well enough but no way would I ever pay full price for it.

This isn’t surprising considering it’s a remaster of an HD game and isn’t a huge bump in graphics and the normal game is still very playable on Xbox and PC. On top of the switch port being subpar and that just leaves PS4/PS5 which had me interesting in purchasing but found out this remaster was $30 which seems a tad high for what this game is. If it was $20 I’d have dived in but now I’m waiting for like $10. The game has been on again off again $5 on Steam for like a decade.

I was going to get it on Switch until I heard the port was bad.
Then I was going to get it on PC (granted probably not immediately) but apparently it’s Epic-exclusive for now so 🤷♂️.
