Wow, the English dub in that trailer is baaaaaaaaaad.
I’m not into Virtual Pet simulator games, but that’s exactly what the original Digimon World for PS1 was, so this game is aimed for people that want a similar experience.

I gave this one a try back when it was on PS4, wasn’t a huge fan in comparison to Cyber Sleuth, but it’ll definitely scratch that itch for people who liked the original PS1 games.

Played it on ps4 and enjoyed it. Accentier is a good opening theme and there’s a lot of good music in this game, check out sentimental sand storage.
The gameplay loop differs from the first game in that battling doesn’t take up half an hour so you can just do many battles to max out your stats, this made it a little boring especially the end game. It has a lot more digimon and a lot of quality of life changes. Good game if you enjoyed the first.

OHHHH FINALLYY!!!! this is a perfect game for switch, you actually raise your digimon and watch them die and repeat the process with many different digimon, depending on how you take care of them. eventhough its full of weird monsters it’s very realistic in a way. i hate those immortal pet games.

The original on PS1 is one of my favorite games of all time. I’ll for sure get this when it’s on sale. I’ve got plenty on my back log that I can wait for this one to have a decent price drop. Any way I’m very hyped about this coming to switch and it has made my day.

I just hope they let you run faster or add a bike in this version. Been playing the PS4 version and it’s boring that the character runs too slow.
