Just bought Sonic on Xbox last night. Unfortunately, I can’t refund it since I went over the time limit. Fortunately, I really liked it so I consider well worth my money and don’t see the Xbox version on sale yet.
The Sonic price doesn’t show for Nintendo Switch unless you click on the listing (unlike the others that show $39 on the search results) and then once you add it to your cart, it goes back to $60 again during checkout… So I’m not sure it’s actually on sale for the Switch version or if their site is majorly bugged.
How is sonic visually? Is it much worse than the ps5 version?

Does Gamestop still open all of their new physical games? Last order I placed with them months ago listed them as New, but the plastic was taken off. Sucked to give as a gift 🙁

Did they realize $30 on takes two right after it came out was too cheap? I’m seeing it as $40 now.
I don’t see these prices at all. Might have been a mistake in GameStop’s system that they’ve corrected. That said, could be a preview of what the prices will be for Black Friday.
Sonic Frontiers is popping up at regular MSRP. Weird but no biggie. I’ll wait until it’s fixed or other places mark it down to that price area. I did pick up Nier Automata as I’ve never played it and was excited when it was announced for Switch. While I wouldn’t be surprised if it popped up at $25 later or less than $25 due to an Amazon and/or Walmart price error, I’m comfortable with the $29 tag.
Nier is really fun and plays very well on Switch.

Just a heads up I just came back from a GameStop and bought Atari 50. In their system the game wasn’t on sale but I showed them a screenshot from their own website and they price matched it.
Just be aware if you are going to a store for these sales that they are selling you the game at sale price and not the full price.
