   It’s definitely more Octopath. I was a bit burned out on it by the end, but hopefully I’m refreshed enough to enjoy this.

   I put about 60 hours into the first game, but I did not finish it. It just kept getting grindier and the story wasn’t very rewarding. I liked the gameplay though and I hope the sequel builds upon the first game

    Currently about 25 hours into the first game. So far it’s my favourite 2D RPG of all time.

    I really, really wanted to like the first game. And the same with Triangle Strategy. Ultimately, the gameplay loops in both games proved really unsatisfactory. And also the story is kinda wack.
