Can we please start marking these evolution artworks as spoilers? Some of us haven’t had the chance to see them for ourselves yet.

I have been playing with this grass starter now I am trying to get it to breed with ditto! Any suggestions would help me alot

Hello, I’m really old. But I own a switch. What does grass-type mean?

  4. ElegantOwO

i agree and that is so cute. great work op!

  5. StyleVSTAR253

It’s design is based off Doronjo from Yatterman.

  6. Twingemios

This art style reminds me of something I just can’t figure out what it is

    Edit: Blue’s Clues

  7. I like the first 2 forms but dont really like the final evolution.

Art is absolutely amazing but opinion is doo doo fart fart.

I think the funny turtle is cooler because he’s a turtle and stands on four legs 😎

Salad Cat>Bigger Salad Cat>Ninja Salad Cat

  10. I like it, but as far as grass starters go I’d only put it above rillaboom and chesnaught.

I love your art! This is a really heartwarming image.

I’m a fan of sprig holding the everstone, personally. I was really shocked when I saw the final evo was a bipedal and that is ultimately why I didn’t use sprig as my starter. I was put off by the final evo.

  12. I honestly can’t stand the anthropomorphic pokemon. Too human-like.

Without fail, I have picked the fire starter for every game I’ve played after Blue/Red/Yellow, and that’s only because in Red/Blue it’s advantageous to pick water since the first gym is weak to it. This is the first game where I will probably deviate and choose grass. It’s too adorable.

I know some people hate it because it’s another anthropomorphic final starter walking around on two legs (also because they see it as furrybait), but I like it. Definitely my favourite of the three gen 9 starters. Also its signature attack is really cool. 70 base power with guaranteed crit.

The three starters are all perfect to me. They all have real personalities and look unique. I just really dislike the grass and water final evos. Although I still picked Quaxly. His final evo has grown on me but I’m not still crazy about it.

  16. It may not be everyone’s favourite, but it’s yours, and that’s all that matters

  17. I can’t stand the humanoid Pokemon. I don’t even know if that’s an accurate statement because I have no problem with the Machop line, Alakazam, Hitmonlee/chan, etc. I just hate the furrybait.

  18. I just wish it hadnt stood all the way up. Non-humanoid starters!! Plus Weed Lion would have been sick.

  19. Skelebard

I like the design, specially because just before game came out i finished Persona 5 royal and meowscarade has lot that spirit

Sweet art and agreed, Spirigatito all the way to Meowscarada have lovely designs. I was excited to discover their hidden ability is Protean just link Greninja… until I found out Protean has been nerfed hard. Still, I think it may be competitively viable for a while.

This is savage, Flower Trick hits first and always crits. That cat has no chance

  22. drmizuumi

Horrible final evolution. Boxed that bitch immediately once it turned into Meowscarada.

All starter final evos in Scarlet and Violet are horrendous tbh.
