Been trying to sort through all the pokemon I have but can’t seem to find it. Was wondering if anyone else had any idea which pokemon can have both fire spin and hydro pump?
Update: Finally found out which pokemon it was and it was definitely a ditto. I found out that I had a ditto caught the same day and it has both transform and struggle which smeagle can’t currently learn. So this moveset was more than likely completely randomized. Thanks for all the help everyone! Case closed. đź‘Ť

It was probably Solgaleo and it couldn’t copy the second move. (Psychic fangs?)

I saw a very similar Moveset on a Salemence. Fire fang as the quick move though.

Like everyone else has mentioned, Smeargle can’t learn Frustration, Return, and certain signature moves like Sacred Fire.
The ideal fast move is Lock-On. For some reason he’s banned from Little Cup like Ditto but one day those Pokemon could be a lot of spice in GBL.

Has anyone used Smeargle to battle successfully? I didn’t know it takes on the moves of the Pokémon being photographed, so much to learn!

Salamance can have that move combo. Maybe got it from the big dragon boi?
Could be a mew? But probably a Pokémon with a move smeargle couldn’t learn

Besides a Pokémon with frustration/return/transform, it could have also been solgaleo. Psychic fangs is unlearnable for smeargle, but that is probably unintentional by niantic.
If the ultra vests are in pokemon go why wouldn’t volcanion be
