Downvote me all you want, I really like this game. Oh YEAH it has a content issue but I managed to get 60 hours out of online and counting. It’s fun playing alone, in pairs, with your club etc. Because the core gameplay is AMAZING. It’s super deep, mechanical, and fast. I always have fun popping in for a few games, it’s just a really well designed game tragically having it’s reputation ruined by Nintendo rushing it out the door with no content leading to it being missed by so many people.
Although, it’s actually very alive still, played a few games a few days ago and found matches in seconds!

Well this game was a huge letdown. Yes it had content issues at launch, but it could be something great over time. Unfortunately the game only got 3 small updates. What a joke.
At they very least one can hope the character models, voices and animations will be reused in the future, because those were super charming

whoa all 11 players must be super excited for this one

Sigh..
Sucks.
People didnt buy it at release cuz it had no content and probably waiting for more content.
Nintendo definitely doesn’t see that and now they lose so many potential buyers.
Modern gaming is so trash.

I had been looking forward to this, but honestly, I do feel that *Strikers Charged* on the Wii is the superior game. Much more comes down to skill rather than builds, you can do all sorts of nutty trick shots, and I feel matches move at a much faster pace. I also adore the *Strikers Charged* OST. I sort of played this for a couple of hours, and then it’s been on the shelf ever since. I’d actually forgotten about it until this trailer popped up.

Bought this game at launch and I haven’t played it since.

Never bought this game, and I probably won’t, but birdo sucking the ball is funny
Wubbzy-mon
I feel like now that it’s at 35$, the game is worth it
But too late, however, Nintendo probably has learned their lesson with free updates, because this game flopped hard

Oh yeah. Forgot this game existed tbh.
Seeing as I sold it within a week of buying it because it launched with absolutely zero content.
Like if they actually had this shit in at launch instead of waiting over half a year it might have had some staying power. As it is though, it’s too little too late to make me buy the game again.

And that’s another sports game that dropped content within 6 months. What gives? Tennis Aces got a full years

Still no mario party updates

Birdo’s my favorite character of any Nintendo franchise.
