I only got the ticket because I had Google play credit. Google was kind enough to give me 50 cents off so…I only paid 50 cents play credit. I figured that was worth it. Though looking at that…it’s not even worth that…

man anytime i see an event/ticket/opportunity that makes me think “finally! something that will make everyone happy!” i always see a plethora of negative comments about how it’s a rip off, boring, etc. Figured people would be happy with the elite TMs for 99 cents since everyone (rightfully) complains about them being behind a ridiculously high paywall. Plus we get a free time research with all the CD Pokémon according to the Leek Duck CD post that contains this graphic, so there’s no need for the encounters with the paid research.
I think quite a few event tickets and boxes are very bad, but i’m not sure what would have made people happy with this one for a dollar. I guess I’m really out of touch with the majority of PoGo players. I might as well work for Niantic in that case lol.

I blindly bought this ticket, which isn’t something I do a lot but it’s the end of the year so why not? There’s nothing that alluring for me but hey, it was the price of a chocolate bar so I can’t complain!

people just like to complain. and i get that the boxes are a scam most of the time and the 11€ kaldeo research was a scam…
but this one? its just 1 buck and you get 2 elite tms… you do not have to buy it. but it is well worth its money. still, if you are completely f2p its fine jsut not to buy it whereis the problem?
