Assuming it’s after 10am on the 23rd for you, try restarting your game. If that doesn’t work, try going to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Refresh Game Data.

whenever a new evolution for an already existing mon releases, *always* restart your game. works every time

I evolved one yesterday (it’s the 24th here now) and the ribbon is kinda small once it evolves. I guess it makes sense… ribbons don’t just grow. But I was hoping it would be more prominent.
