Ran this together with @naovalentine and @maelmcmastersex2695 I just happened to get the clear first.
Mizore’s clear appears to be using a 20/20 will judging by the amount of hp they’re getting from sync regen. That probably enables him to go for the Stored Power and bank on early evasion route. As my Will is not 20/20 we decided on some differences most notably going for an Air Slash-centric strategy by farming buffs with permaflinch. Getting evasion procs is necessary for this clear as we can’t take many hits in rapid succession later on and we can’t permaflinch bars 2 and 3. Will has decent damage which coupled with the free +6 def we get at the beginning and yoinking +2 crit by second half of bar 3 allows us to outlast Regirock so long as just enough of its big hits don’t land.
Getting a speed buff sometime during bar 1 is ideal, having a speed buff or two will allow us to spam stored power even without MGR.

This must had been a pain in the neck loosing on bar 2 or 3 because of the time the first one takes , im also sure that in this videos third bar when you got flinch you were like( oh not like this common ). Congrats although i dislike this sync pair xd
