Seems like every company is taking down content to get it done before the end of the year. HBO is delisting a bunch of stuff too on HBO Max.
Looks like Nintendo wants the community to preserve more than just eShop games.

Quick reminder that Nintendo threatened to fire the Nintendo Minute team when they pitched the idea of doing an episode on Nuzlockes.

It’s been about a year since Kit and Krysta left Nintendo so this happening a year after their departure was likely. They themselves predicted the company would do so by the end of 2022 and look what happened. But they were prepared and saved them before the videos went private.
The Nintendo Minute vids were the ones hosted by Kit and Krysta, right? If so, that kinda makes sense since they don’t work for Nintendo anymore.
I wonder if this is a clue to something coming.
Now that they have their own show they can’t risk the official show getting mixed into some auto playlist and mixing messages. That’s my conservative take
