Seems more related to Pokemon Go than 90% of stops and it looks like a pretty cool point of interest (if that’s what “poi” means).

the stops are not managed ‘exclusively’ for pokemon go; its data originally scraped from and for ‘Ingress’; the original game of niantic, still in development too. POI’s are just places of interest, has nothing to do with it being pokemon related or not.
All Pokemon are technically digimon, especially Porygon.

Personally I find it pretty awesome. But in regards to relevance, is it any less relevant than every church I’ve driven by being a PokeStop? Nearly 70% of the gifts I send has a church as a Postcard.
Unrelated POI? The POI are local area interests. Not things related to the game. This is a perfect stop.

I honestly don’t think any of the stops I’ve seen have been directly related to Pokemon.
Honestly, Pokemon and Digimon never feel like the same thing in my head, even though I know they are based off the same idea. For me, I only go to Pokemon for games and Digimon for anime.
