Strategy: Cheren, Viola, and Iris are just meant for meeting mission objectives. Using Trap, bring Azelf’s HP as close to 50% of HP bar1 as much as possible. So that Team 2 can sweep easily.
With Team 2, prepare +6 Atk and +3 Crit for maximum damage from Noland. I used Skyla’s Sync move first to get +2 sync buff then buff Noland up with his sync move for Mega Evolution.

With the team setup, use Noland’s sync move to deal as much damage as possible, then clean up with physical attacks.

ProTip: Azelf will reduce physical attacks taken when HP bar is over 50%, while it will reduce special attacks taken when HP bar is below 50%. However, sync moves are not affected by this reduction, so make sure Team 2 all 3 sync pairs survive to bring the sync move counter down more optimally.

The Legendary Arena is a special “Raid” style battle rea where you can form multiple team against one very strong legendary. A maximum of up to 30 syncs pairs can be selected to fight against the legend this time: Azelf
