A fallen angel is a perfect idea for an inverted version of the sweet and lovely Princess Peach, and it’s quite a shame we never got to see it.

I never understood why they don’t just assign Captain Syrup the role of a “reverse Peach”. She already fits the mold perfectly well.
One’s a princess, the other’s a pirate.
Mario journeys to save Peach, his closest ally. Wario journeys to fight Syrup, his archenemy.
Tennis 64 already brought back Daisy, Birdo and DK Jr. They could have easily brought in Captain Syrup too.

im gonna be honest if you wanted a weird inversion of peach to exist as a character then Rabbid Peach is *shockingly* close to how it would and should turn out. i honestly cant think of a better personality direction to take the idea, and the voice acting really sells it too.
