With the way they have the DS screen on the side I hope this opens the door for Persona Q 1/2 to come out.
These could be really cool. I can’t tell if touch controls are a thing for map drawing or not though…

Great III is the only one I haven’t played, since it was not released on Europe (2 got the “Untold” treatment on the 3DS). And it comes to Steam, which is even better. Day 1 purchase

This gives me hope for SMT4 on the Switch.

We have been waiting years for this.
Always had an eye on Etrian Odyssey, but never picked it up. Would this be a good starting point?
Was excited but just first 3. Not a new one. Still have all of em on 3ds. Good for newcomers, not for me though
Sick but you could really tell this game was made for the DS/3DS platforms.
80 fucking dollars for this collection. Or you can get ’em for $40 each. For ports of DS games. $3 DLC for each game that is, near as I can tell, just two PNG files.
At least this is coming out on Steam so there’s hope for reasonable discounts there.
Honestly these were the main reason I’ve been holding onto my 3DS…remaster the first two bravely default games and it’s just going to end up in display
I was looking forward for a new Etrian Odyssey, but not like this. Drawing the map was part of the charm, and even without auto-mapping the Switch touchscreen is imprecise and barely usable. These are games that are better played on DS/3DS with the two-screen setup.
I wish they had developed a new game instead, can’t say I’m hyped for this. To other fans of the franchise: Why are you happy with this?
I got pretty hype on seeing this, but why would they not use the 3DS remakes for 1 and 2? I have to imagine those will remain the clearly definitive versions of those two games.
I wish I could be excited for this, but the awful halfassed P3P “remaster” has made me a lot less interested in future remakes. I sure hope Atlus actually bothered to put some work into these.
Just started playing EO5 on my 3DS and it’s amazing. I’ll be picking these up so I can launch into these when I’m finished with 5.

I was happy, but as always Atlus is with its predatory practice of trying to take money from fans charging absurd prices for remakes of their prehistoric games. They even put a Denuvo on the PC version to make sure that the fans will behave and accept their abusive price.
I have no doubt that these three games will completely fail, I bet they’ll have like 200-300 reviews on Steam after several months. The normal consumer will not accept this unrealistic price and the Japanese businessmen will be left scratching their heads thinking that Westerners don’t like their games when in fact what Westerners don’t like is corporations that view fans as idiots to be exploited.
