Getting a TM MPR and 2 X Attack MPRs is ideal. Fast-Track lets us max out our speed and keep it maxed even after the Icy Winds and Bulldozes letting us spam Drain Punch more. Ideally not get crit too many times on bar 2 so that the Double-Edge and Stored Power on bar 3 will do less damage.
