As somebody with the fighters pass I gotta say, it’s a little disconcerting that the top tier is only DLC characters. Even more so that 5/11 of them are in S, it feels a bit like they are locking the best characters behind DLC. SM4SH had this problem with Cloud, Corrin, and Bayo as well.
