I still remember the day my mom took me with her to K-Mart and bought this for me. I was so excited. Such a wonderful memory.

Beating Andross’s true form in SF64 was a great feeling… and FINALLY saving Falco on Corneria to get either the secret passage or/and an extra pilot was satisfying 🙂

I remember playing for the first time being awestruck by the 3D visuals, the blistering opening soundtrack on corneria and the badass first boss. The inverted controls were something else to get used to. Hard to really put into words how profound of a game this was for it’s time but it’s definitely one of my favourite gaming moments of all time. I’d love to see Nintendo revisit this franchise.

hopefully they can get some love like metroid has been getting

  5. I’d say Starfox 64 is my most replayed game. It’s just so great to pick up and play through in an afternoon! I love going for the hard path and fucking up every time on Zoness lol
sweet childhood memories of playing this game when I got home from school in the early 00’s

Both StarFox and SF64 are on switch now. Its fun to play them back some but after 30 years I am just as terrible now as I was as a 7 Y/o.

Not a huge fan, but I have fun with Star Fox Zero.

Star Fox 2 is my favorite 3-D shoot ’em up of all time.

Trying to beat the Independence Day level without hitting a friendly ship over and over again to get the special ending.

Was this the first game with rumble? That Rumble Pak was pretty dope back in the day.

I still think that Dinosaur Planet should not have been reworked into a Star Fox game and had they not done so, both IPs would have benefitted
