  1. I use close combat and power up punch on my hitmon. Should i change them to have what you use? I just started playing pokemon a month ago and am heavily addicted to finding good pvp pokemon

  2. Thanks I couldnt sleep 😂 Also Pidgeot on the right slide look like he boutta drop his mixtape

  3. Not gonna sift through comments but I'll leave these here:

    1) In the last battle, you played it perfectly. There's no "sneaking in" fast moves anymore. Your Fire Spin takes 3 turns and Incinerate takes 5 turns, so by you using a Fire Spin, you optimized damage before using your charged move and before registering that Incinerate damage. When moves that take 2 turns (like Mud Shot, Thunder Shock, Wing Attack) are used against one another, you will always get that fast move in if the other Pokemon uses a charge move at the same time. For example, 2 Swampert starting a fresh battle using Mud Shot — both of you use Mud Shot but let's say you use Hydro Cannon after 5 MS but your opponent decides to not use HC and keeps tapping, effectively giving him 6 MS while you use your HC at 5. The same will happen if he ends up using HC and you keep tapping MS, and you two will always have the same amount of energy. The only time a fast move will not "sneak in" is when you CMP, in which then the Pokemon with the higher attack stat or randomly chosen in a tie will go first.

    2) When it lags as you deliver the final blow with your charged move, your opponent has force-closed their game — basically a rage-quit. There's no mystery there aside from assuring your victory.

  4. I do have a 100% purified Hitmochan. Do you think it's worth it to push it up? Maybe with return instead of one of the elemental punches. The costs would be a bit lower but I don't know. Shadow would be so much better I guess.

  5. The other day I was in a battle and my game froze for like 5 seconds after my opponent threw his energy and it was my turn to throw mine…. well during that 5 second lag somehow my opponent charged 2 full moves, threw them both back to back and beat me and I still wasn’t able to throw my attack.

So he literally triple attacked me back to back when he had no energy left and my attack never went through

  6. Pidgeot is a very expensive pkmn for the Ultra League. I've battled players who still use Gust. GBL will always be RPS, you counter them, they counter you.

  7. Really wanna build a shadow hitmonchan. Hope they can give us an event with boosted xl candies chance for trading or transferring soon

  8. Literally
The same exact start and safe swap over and over 🤣🤣🤣 yeah there’s no algorithm. And as soon as you change the team or 1 thing on it, boom the leads and swaps change.

  9. Went 20-0 with a pidgeot, snorlax, and obstagoon. Granted it was in the 16s-19s but pretty nice
