I love the booster course pass and am super grateful for the game to be getting so much more content, but the whole thing has been really weird.
Initial announcement: “we’re remastering old tracks!”
First wave: “oh also here’s some tour tracks!”
Fourth wave: “here’s a brand new track! Oh also a new character”
It’s like they couldn’t quite decide what the whole thing was gonna be and just threw their hands up and rolled with the punches. I love it

I need Daisy Hill, DK Mountain, Bowsers Castle GCN and Wario Colosseum
Wario Coliseum is the only track I want. Maple Treeway was goated, just need the other perfect track. C’mon, Nintendo. Do it.
I wonder what the chance is for the last wave, last cup in the game to be the remaining 4 Rainbow Road tracks not brought over?
I’m hoping for Wario coliseum still. I’ll take waluigi stadium though! Those were some of my favorite tracks from Double Dash.
I hope Koopa Cape, Airship Fortress, Luigi’s Mansion, Delfino Plaza, Shy Guy Bazaar, Wario’s Galleon, Bowser’s Castle DS, and both the Wuhu courses all make it before they’re done

Mario kart from gba have 20 circuits (+20 remixed from mario kart snes). Why cheep cheep island and sunset wilds were taken out?

Feels like there’s a lot of gold left to mine from the Special Cups of past games if there’s still space left in the last waves outside yet more Tour levels.

I wish we could get all of the classic SNES and n64 courses. Don’t really care about any others.
Mario kart 9 is gonna have to be INSANE to out do 8 at this point.

Really hope we get at least one Bowser’s Castle in the BCP. There’s four Rainbow Roads at this point but only one Bowser’s Castle (8’s).

I just bought MK8 yesterday. Can someone explain how the DLC/booster pass thing works? What’s the best way to get all the content? If I buy the DLC, does that give me all the extra content?
If I subscribe to the expansion pack, does that give me all the MK8 DLC?
Did they remake the n64 course with the train in the desert?
If they don’t give us Delfino Square, I’m going to cry

Anyway it annoys me at how many Super Circuit tracks we’re getting, if only because Mario Kart Tour keeps screwing with their layouts. None of the other retro tracks get such “dumbed down” versions of themselves in Tour, but the GBA ones do for some reason. And if the leaks are correct (they are), we should be getting >!Sunset Wilds!< in a later wave, which has an especially-butchered layout in Tour…

Am I the only one that seems to not like the fact that they’re constantly adding Tour tracks to the booster pass? I like
them and all still but I’d like to see more retro tracks. The Tour tracks just aren’t as iconic.
Is it too much to ask for more variety of karts and characters as well?
I wish they added more SNES tracks.
Might be interesting to take a different shade of blue for those added to DLX in the two WiiU dlc sets
