This game is unplayable with the constant freezes/crashes. Is anyone else having these issues?

does anyone know if it is cross save. say I play on the switch. then turn it off and play on xbox gamepass. would it still be my “valley” ?

Tried this yesterday for first time for a few hours and I was hooked. I put over 50 hours Into Animal Crossing but can see myself putting even more to this and I’m not a big Disney fan.
