Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot don’t need anything more than a remaster. Robobot shrugged on normal 3DS so 60 fps would be appreciated.
Although I’m still not a fan of the black outlines they chose for RTDL.

Get me Kirby Air Ride with online matches. If a full remake possible more variables to make it more crazy. But Air Ride is my favorite multiplayer experience ever. Spent so many afternoons in college playing it.

I feel like the only Kirby games that should get remakes are the ones that can’t be quickly ported with minimum effort. In this generation that means games that can’t be dropped onto Online. That means Air Ride and Squeak Squad (if Switch and/or Super Switch doesn’t get a DS online). The Wii U/3DS collectively had virtual console for every previous piece of hardware besides the Gamecube and Virtual Boy, but that was on a game by game basis. With Switch Online EVERY rom is just on your console at all times. This is prbably why N64 took so damn long; compresion. I’m sure GBA is already stretching the limits as well, so a Gamecube/DS online is not something I see happening unfortunatly. Therefore, those would need to be remakes. Putting aside the “Make Superstar for the Third fucking time” joke, you also have to consider the 3DS games. All but one of the sub-games (Dedede Drum Dash) was ported and enhanced to the Switch in someway, but the two mainline games those came from have not. Miitopia proved that porting 3DS to Switch is reletively simple (plus or minus a horse), so you would think the same logic could apply to Triple Deluxe and Robobot, but then you have to circle back to those sub-games. Triple D gets it’s name from the main adventure plus the sub-games, and while DDD would be enough to make me plop down $60, theres the matter of Fighters. What do you put there? Just worse fighters again? And then Robobot has that problem even worse, because Blow-Out Blast is just a tech demo for Forgotten Land. Not exactly a selling point anymore. We could forget the problems of those 2 and just circle back to Squeak Squad, but that was Flagship, not HAL proper, and Japanese studios have problems with “stepping on other devlopers’ toes” to put it quickly. You can’t so Canvas Curse, because that would be portable only and EPD seems adverse to doing those since they go against the “Switch” name.
So clearly, the answer is Mass Attack. Let’s get that Escargoon sprite in HD, Baybee!
