Could anyone tell me why I’m not making progress on the “have 10 best buddies” research? I have 6 best buddies and one of them became best buddy when this research was active… TIA!

See there’s no progress bar for that task? It won’t “register” until you have the full 10 buddies.
It’s not a progress one, it’s simply have ten. It’ll complete when you have ten rather than gain ten.
All or nothing, it will clear when you reach 10.
I have 4 best buddies as I’ve never really bothered with that element of the game. I’m now nearly on 5 so this research may take a while.
