One suggestion you could try- try waiting for around 5 mins or so after the raids are complete before throwing the pokeballs, I’ve been trying this out since Lugia for which I was 27/28 caught, as for Landorus I’m currently 1/1 and will not try any further because the RR passes are f-iiing costly

I took photo using in game photo feature on catch screen today during remote raid and it didn’t complete the special research to take photo of landorus. It ran away… it did NOT record the task complete. I am NOT paying another $2 for a chance to maybe catch it or not again. Oh well

Honestly, I would not be surprised if they lowered the catch rate for pokemon at Remote Raids without telling anyone

You need to use the circle locking trick. Losing 3 on the bounce is likely a skill issue. The catch rate remains the same, no nerf.

Unpopular opinion: for me catching in general is one of the least enjoyable aspects of the game. Your skill almost does not matter, it is just a matter of luck and if that’s the way they want to handle it, they can just use the mechanic from the mainline games like in the safari zone.

My money is that Remote Raid pass users are seeing a decreased catch rate over Standard Raid Passes… I would bet they did that in a silent effort to make remote raid passes “totally unusable to catch legendaries” in the minds of us, the players.
