It’s up to you of course, but if I had this choice I’d definitely go for the shiny.
Not sure what the difference would mean for PVP (I don’t have any knowledge about that), but for raids/general battling the difference in stats will be minimal.
If you evolved this into a Lucario and powered it up to level 40, the difference between 11 attack and 13 attack IV would be 195 vs. 196 attack stat (according to this CP calculator I used: [https://pokemon.gameinfo.io/en/tools/cp-calculator](https://pokemon.gameinfo.io/en/tools/cp-calculator))
That’s such a minimal difference that I’d go for the shiny, because I think shiny Lucario looks great!
But it’s up to you of course.
The stat difference is incredibly small I would get the shiny boy up! Incredibly rare and sought after (by ME too)
If it was a Shiny versus a Hundo, maybe you can have a debate but the answer here is obvious.
