
It’s been 2 hours since I put in a support request for the Mystic Hero special research issue. I haven’t received any response, even computer generated. And I can’t close the request out to try to start again. Can I just never put in another request again?
Anyone else have any support issues like this?

Their support is the worst I’ve ever come across. Last time I put something in and spoke to someone, took them a whole week to get back to me

I had the same shit happen when I tried to contact them. They don’t gaf. I’ll just do the hustle *again* with a 1k mon this time. Idk how I’ll manage 3 excellent throws again but oh whale.
Been dealing with the same issue. 3 hours later and my chat bot is still snoozing.
The same happened to me too. Nothing. Dissapointed.
They trained the bot to reflect the actual level of support they do them self.
I got as far as this yesterday, not heard anything since then, so I guess they’ve gotten so many they’re not going to respond to that one anymore.
They don’t even update their event section in game that links out to a simple web page.
Something that would take 2 seconds to update.
I only just started playing, but having three events go by with that being blank was weird to me
I came here to find this. What is up with everyone’s quest progress being reset on this quest? Also, is it Page 3 for everyone?
Same happened to me. Lost the unclaimed completed progress for making 3 excellent throws and evolving 10 Pokémon. Simply opened the game and it said my streak had broken …

My wife has the field research bug where it always shows the binoculars on the bottom right of the screen lit up as orange which would normally indicate there is research completed and rewards to collect. It’s been like that for about 4 months now. Tried all the normal troubleshooting stuff (clearing cache, uninstalling/reinstalling app, etc.) multiple times. Nothing would clear it out. Contacted support several times letting them know we already did the usually recommended troubleshooting steps. Every single time support basically just goes into a loop of reiterating what the orange binoculars mean and repeating the troubleshooting steps. Useless.
OP needs tech support.
The support bot needs life support.
With all the BS with Nitanic lately I had to use Nitanic support about a week ago and was worried I’d have problems. My son was in a Lugia raid and it kicked him out right as they won. He couldn’t collect rewards or try to catch. He’s 8 and was really upset so as a father of course I was mad, plus I was right there so I saw what happened. Whoever I contacted offered advice if it ever happened again and gave him 3 raid passes. Guess I got lucky. That was my first and only experience with them though.
