Dragonite, salamence, bulu isn’t bad as a grass type attacker, eevee as sylveon isn’t a bad fairy attacker
Lugia is the best PvP Pokemon in Master League, so maxed out it’s a beast. Can also help in raids once it learns Aeroblast.
Dragonite is also excellent for both raids and PvP. Very strong in both. Salamence is stronger on raids and can Mega Evolve to become even stronger. Also a very good Dragon.
That perfect Eevee can become very strong in PvP as Umbreon, or very useful in raids and Master League as Sylveon. Umbreon is a bit more useful but both evolutions work well.
Alakazam is powerful as a Mega. Definitely worth powering up and collecting energy later.
Shadow Vileplume is one of the strongest Poison types, and Mega Blastoise is very good as a water type. However there’s better Pokemon for both types so they’re not a priority. If you don’t have a good Swampert, Kyogre or Nihilego they’re good alternatives.
The others aren’t very good in battle, so you can still evolve them to unlock their 4 star Pokedex, but don’t seem worth powering up.
