Here is the description of the patch
Thank you for playing the Pokémon series.
On Wednesday, April 19, we released the version 1.3.0 update for the Nintendo Switch exclusive software titles Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet.
Support for Trainers Who Caught an Egg Instead of Walking Wake or Iron Leaves in Tera Raid Battles
Trainers who caught an Egg instead of Walking Wake or Iron Leaves in a Tera Raid Battle before updating to version 1.2.0 of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet were affected by a bug that prevented them from catching either of these Pokémon.
This bug has been fixed, and Trainers who caught such Eggs instead of Walking Wake and Iron Leaves will now be able to catch these Pokémon.
In addition, the Tera Raid Battle events for these two Pokémon will return around the same time as this game update. Visit this page for details on the Tera Raid Battle events.
Feature Adjustments
A change has been made to the deadline for entries for Friendly Competitions, which are found in the Online Competitions section of the Battle Stadium.
Before this change: Entries were allowed until the Friendly Competition began.
After this change: Entries will be allowed until the Friendly Competition ends.
Bug Fixes
Link Battles
Fixed a bug in Link Battles where selecting Swap in just before the selection timer reached zero could fail to switch in the selected Pokémon and subsequently cause switching — and the battle itself — to act abnormally.
Fixed a bug in Link Battles where once the remaining time for the battle was under one minute, it would no longer be displayed where it was supposed to.
Fixed a bug that occurred in Link Battles where, depending on the move being used at the time a Pokémon fainted, the amount of time a Trainer received to select their next Pokémon was reduced.
Battles
Fixed a bug where the Cud Chew Ability would trigger again once every two turns after it triggered the first time, contrary to what is written in the Ability description.
Fixed a bug that occurred when Zoroark Terastallized while using its Illusion Ability to disguise itself as another Pokémon. On the Check Status screen, the Terastallized Zoroark’s type would display as the original type of the Pokémon it had disguised itself as, rather than Zoroark’s Tera Type.
Fixed a bug that occurred when Zoroark used its Illusion Ability to disguise itself as another Pokémon that had already Terastallized. This bug caused Zoroark’s type on the Check Status screen to incorrectly display as the Tera Type of the Pokémon Zoroark had disguised itself as.
Fixed a bug in Double Battles with moves that cause stat changes for the Pokémon using the moves. This bug caused the stat changes to incorrectly happen twice if the user hit two opposing Pokémon with the move while an opposing Pokémon was behind a Substitute.
Pokémon GO Connectivity
Fixed the main issue causing the game to crash on the screen used to pair with a Pokémon GO account.
Other
Fixed a bug affecting Trainers who received Hisuian Zoroark from the Mystery Gift screen as a special early-purchase bonus for The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero for Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet without first having seen Zoroark in their game. This bug caused Zoroark to be incorrectly displayed as registered in these Trainers’ Pokédexes.
Other select bug fixes have been implemented.
I am never updating from the release state. Duplicating items, cloning, and spawning shinies is infinitely better than anything they could ever hope to include.

As someone who bought it on release, played less then 3 hours and went “naw… I’ll wait until the performance gets patched”, this game will stay on the back burner for me until they do fix the performance.
Judging by the other comments, the framerate is still bad. Honestly, just saying “bad” is an understatement. It’s borderline unplayable to me. I’m usually a big fan of Pokemon games and finish the Pokedex then stick around to shiny farm but I dropped this game the second I beat the real final boss, it makes me nauseous.
Home update ?
Was hoping to buy it when the technical aspects were fixed up a bit but it looks like no Pokémon this year for me.
I just wish they would make solo raids easier. I hate how much time I have wasted losing raids with no rewards.
To anyone saying “the performance is still bad” the performance was bad well before release, and y’all still bought it.
It was a literal meme of how bad the performance was and it still sold millions. Insane.
Looks like I’m playing Pokemon games on emulator from now on. Not putting up with crappy performance that’ll never get fixed.

The frame rate is the biggest issue in the game by far, and they refuse to acknowledge or fix it.

Tera raids were absolutely horrendous and a nightmare. It was literally impossible to even get one, and took forever if you do. And then after that absolute *slog* to even get into one, half the time they sucked or were broken 😖

Did they fix the glitch where connecting to go or buying the dlc can delete your save file?
I do feel like if they ever did do a performance patch, it wouldn’t be a 1.X but a version 2.0, as long as it still says 1.X, I don’t think it would be a performance fix. That seems like it would be a much bigger update.

According to the leaker, who seems to have gotten the DLC info correct, there will be new switch models that the updated version of the game will run better on, released with DLC1?
The only Pokémon game I couldn’t bother to finish, but oh well, who cares about performance.

Everyday I feel a bit more vindicated that I stopped playing Pokemon after the 3DS games

I went back shinny hunting to sword shield, this game is so bad.
I’ve been dragging my feet with this game, hoping for a stable 30 patch before playing it properly, but nah, just gonna get these last couple badges and forget about it. I’ll care about it as much as game freak does. it’s really a shame
3 of the updates had to do with minute details for Zoroark…. 5 months and no performance update. They’re about to shovel us more shit next gen with this treatment.
The shit performance I can live with but dear god the world is so fucking empty. All there is to do is fight and catch Pokémon, no mini games, no side stories, nothing cool to go find

I hope that leak of “next gen patch” is true… I’ll buy the DLC then. If not, no. We shouldn’t be paying +39€ for this terrible performance. At this point, they don’t give a F… Even TLoU was patched within days in PC for its performance issues.

Really sad. I had a blast with the scarlet since ruby was my last. I typically don’t mind the graphic but for this game it was jarring.
Don’t think I will buy future Pokémon game anymore. Unless the reviews are good.

I dunno if I’m just dumb or this game truly is shit. But I didn’t play more than a few hours as it was so complex to figure out where to go. It doesn’t handle “open world” well at all.
I wanted to go one direction, spent ages walking across the map to get there only to find it’s out of my level. So I have to walk another hour in the opposite direction to try there. Resorted to Googling the best strategy of which order to do things in… which is far from ideal.
