I haven’t followed the FFPR releases on other systems. I didn’t realize they actually redid all of the graphics. I thought it would basically be widescreen emulation, but it looks even better to me.

The font is awful in handheld mode and the games have inconsistent scrolling, probably tearing or bad performance. It’s the PC release all over again.

I want these so bad. I def want to play 6, as I never have and this past year I’ve gotten super into jrpgs. This’ll be a good bday gift for my dirty thirty next month!

I’ve played FFV on GBA and mobile, so I’m a bit disappointed that the extra Jobs and postgame dungeon weren’t included. Otherwise this looks fantastic. Likewise for FFVI, the opera scene is in HD-2D now? Awesome.
I’m glad that the games can be bought individually, because those are the only two I’m interested in. FFIV was decent but not one that I’m all that nostalgic for. I think I’ll pass on the NES games.

Long shot I know, but does anyone know if the NSO NES/SNES controllers work for these?
