Pretty good Ultra League Pokémon as a hundo (though not as dominant as it is in Great League; but you wouldn’t want that IV spread in Great League). It’s just extremely expensive to make, both dust and XL candy wise. And as someone else alluded to, Swampert is really common in Ultra League and tears it apart. Same for Trevanent.
