    I personally wouldn't include any battles from the Kalos series and Journeys series since those two are the worse pokemon anime in existence.

    A pretty good list, though I think that one Articuno in Journeys definitely deserved a spot on this list. It absolutely destroyed Gary, Ash and Goh and they barely damaged that Articuno.

    Paul was so foolish to think he can take on Cynthia. He deserved that humiliation. Also I never liked him and not just because of how cruel he was to Chimchar before it evolved. If Chimchar could talk I would have had it said "I know I could never live up to your expectations and I'm done trying"

    Why did they forget when Pikachu went FULL ON SUPER SAYIN just to defeat Leon and help Ash become the worlds strongest trainer?

    15:40 It was banned because the 9/11 had just happened. I don't think anyone wanted to see toppling buildings on their tv screens at that point.

    Still to this day Mega Lucario vs Pika one of the most brutal Pokémon battles to date. XY and XYZ best series of Pokémon.

    I can not overestimate how glad it makes that Boldore vs. Excadrill is getting credit because I absolutely love Boldore.

    I feel like Ash vs. Roxie could've made the list. Consider how much Roxie tipped things in Ash's favor- she limited herself to three Pokémon while Ash got to use all six; she didn't heal up her team beforehand despite having just beat the previous challenger, a battle in which the same Koffing that sweeps nearly half of Ash's team just got done thrashing a Gothitelle; and she gives Pignite a Pecha Berry, mid-battle, just before sending out her ace, a Garbodor which knows Venoshock. And even with all that, against someone so accomplished and experienced as Ash, Roxie still only lost because Pikachu's Static kicked in at the last second. Had it been a fair fight, she'd have wiped the field with Ash in short order. She's on another level.
