Pokemon Go Support Is Completely Incompetent



I purchased the Pokemon Go Fest 2023 Ticket 3 days ago and it is no longer in my inventory. I still got charged for the transaction, so I contacted support. I’ve been waiting for a response, or at the very least an acknowledgment of my issue for over hour.

What can I do to resolve my issue?

    Niantic is absolutely terrible at support. You might try tweeting them at @NianticHelp but expect a canned response (if any)

    What do you mean it’s no longer in your inventory? You’re not supposed to get anything yet. The badge and ticket only appear close or during the event. The only thing you receive with a purchase is the confirmation email and the rest appears when the event is coming.
