The 4* for master league if your into pvp. The regular is better there. For raids the shadow is the top ice and ground raider in the game.

The lucky is powerful already. No need to max out yet, as will not be as strong as the perfect or shadow.
The shadow will be much stronger than the other two, but again, no need to max out beyond level 40, as it will be stronger without need to use XL candy.
The perfect one is the best one on PvP, and that’s where having a max level, double move Mamoswine is the best investment.
The lucky and the shadow will be very helpful in raids, but there you don’t actually need to go max level like in PvP.
Once the perfect has more CP it will also be useful in raids, giving you three powerful Pokemon instead of only two.

If you do PvP then max out the first one (shiny 98). At level 50, it will have the exact same stats as a hundo since 14 and 15 hp IV rounds to 215 at level 50. The stardust discount from it being lucky will also make it significantly cheaper to power up

– For pvp master league, the shiny lucky as it’s cheap and functionally a hundo.
– And the hundo I guess if you are a perfectionist?
