So accurate video, I uninstalled the game when this started and sadly starting losing will to keep playing as thee weeks went by, right now I can say I finally can live without pokemon go, but would have wished not to have taken this choice for these reasons

I don't spend a dime on this game anymore.
I am still playing the game, but now that I think about it I am free to play now LOL, no point in buying incense anymore, if I am out I have enough spawns so I dont need it. Have plenty of lucky eggs and star pcs from events. Not spending anymore on remote raid passes, because I cannot afford the double price and I support all the boycotting players. Absolutely not falling for the egg trap and spending money on incubators, this event pretty much shows how they can hype you up with an "amazing" egg bonus event and it can turn into complete trash so…..yeah nothing to spend my money on. Just grinding everyday catching pkmn grinding dust and doing GBL battles, which are laggy af LOL. Unfortunately this is what the game has come down to….
I quit the game outright. I'm enjoying shiny hunting on Pokemon Violet now! I'm officially one month PoGo free, and I will admit I miss the game, but Niantic ruined the game for me so I'm spending my hard earned money elsewhere!
Thats the thing that all we know coulb happen when a company decides to increase prices in a game thats nearly dying jajaja then creates horrible pay-to-win events (like the larvesta, if u dont buy incubators then its 99% sure u wont get larvesta xD) the main event pokemon getting cover by the wall of money

Unfortunately, I’ve stopped spending money for remote raids for our whole family. And we won’t be investing time nor money into Niantic’s new games while Pokémon GO is left in this state to either their fault or TPC’s fault (whoever made this decision).
The game dosent work since last week that means i cant do Genesect raids 😢😢😢

It's what happens when ideology rules over common sense and is exacerbated during a cost of living crisis. Like others I have also been scammed by the current event going after Larvesta buying multiple incubators and receiving nothing worth having.
I quit playing the game a few months back. Honestly I don't miss it at all. The game was fun while it lasted but everything must come to a end. It is nice having extra cash in my pocket from not spending money on raid passes and events lol.
Oh no, our revenue is falling. Quick increase prices some more, that should fix it 🤔 I hope they realise their mistakes before it's too late
Another thing that may have given them a revenue boost in past months is people purchasing raid passes etc. during the regional and international championship events; as shown by the casters during those events, ALL Poke Stops and Gyms in event location vacinities are perpetually lured up throughout the respective weekends.
I’m not surprised that their sales have tanked so badly considering what stupid moves they pulled. Not just the changes in raids but the sheer audacity to give the finger to the community especially those with special needs and fans who live in small rural areas where there aren’t a lot of gyms.

I think the player count has gone up because people are transferring their shinies and other good Pokémon to Home
The whole appeal of the raids was it was only a dollar. Sure I'll do a raid, its only a dollar. Next thing you know you did 20 raids… now that business model is completely gone. And so will its players. Really the only reason why I would play everyday. Raiding and shiny hunting.. I haven't played in weeks. Uninstalled.

usually I would have my game open at all times when I leave the house and would also check the game many times at home . the past month I only had it open to send and open gifts to my friends. the game is no fun anymore since quite a while already but they always manage to make it even worse
PS: I think that many people (like me and my friends) created additional accounts for the one-chance-only-Lapras. I know of many people that have created more accounts or revived old accounts. one of my friends has like 30+ accounts, but only 5 of them are really active ,she hasnt used the other ones in a long time and revived all of them to get the Lapras quest on all of them~
There is something low key comical about the pogo music combined with listening you talk about how theyre tanking their own company
I haven't spent anything since the increase. What they don't realize is this is screwing over in person raiders as well. People should of skipped Go Fest this year to really make a point and take a stand. So disappointing
This makes me so confused. They clearly see this is negatively affecting their game, but they are saying that they needed to do this to help their game. Make it make sense Niantic!
I honestly don’t even care if we get bad events or anything, I just wish we had the remote raids back. If Niantic wants to target one problem to resolve for now, they need to work on the raid prices and limits.
Check your newest Genesects. I did 3 raids/ 3 new Genesect and none had the advertised moveset SHOCK DRIVE- they all had the old recycled move of TECHNO.
