Okay so I have a 6s and this game is still supported. I’m starting to think alot of the games problems are because they are accommodating people with very outdated phones and software
why is niantic not getting terminated already they should just sell the game
they promoted cheating by nerfing remote passes, now i can raid in person from home with an android

Not going to lie, some players in my area get butthurt if players have multiple accounts. I was playing with multiple accounts a while back, and some guy in a car was following me around, and joining the raids I was doing. I thought he was helping, until he tried to hit me with his car. He opened his window and started yelling at me about how im a dirty cheater, among other things. Love the community. 🙃
how is having more than one account cheating cause i have two and i use to grind really hard on both accounts having more than one account is like buying both versions of nintendo pokemon games for the consoles
It not Niantic it the Pokemon company who tells Niantic what to do Niantic are on the players side.

NIANTIC just has not removed multi account from TOS. It was originally put in way back when the game was released because if gym trading for quick trainer badge… its not a thing anymore

Why exactly is having multiple phones with multiple accounts an issue? sure it's an advantage over people who can't afford more phones.
But it's basically punishing rich people for having more money than those with less money, a stupid reason to punish players in my opinion.

Ppl with multi accounts still put all the work in the game so even though its against TOS you can run all sorts of argument to prove its NOT cheating.
In terms of the game getting crap? Doubt it or you would quit instantly. Doesnt take an Einstein.
If this game used any other IP it would be dead now, its the IP that keeping this game going. Niantic are utterly useless and incompetent as a company.
The raid pass change has 0% to do with their philosophy. It's 100% about money.

I was talking to a few friends recently about the current state of the game and how it's been over the past couple of years especially through the Pandemic. Watching how Niantic is handling the Pokemon IP, I legitimately don't think I'm going to make it to the end of the year playing this game. As of right now, once I use up all my remaining in-game premium resources (incubators, raid passes etc that I've purchased beforehand) I'm most likely going to finally quit the game. The company has done a pretty good job recently at showing us how little they care about their fans or the game. It's been an interesting run though and I'll always remember the game in 2016 fondly. Beyond that, it's been feeling like it's a slowly sinking ship.

Niantic is well aware that most Pokémon go Users have multiple accounts. Niantic is not going to do anything about players having multiple accounts because it makes them a lot of money. Niantic just pretends it is not happing. Niantic listed in their term of service that users are only able to have 1 account for many reasons. One reason is that Niantic counts every account as an individual user. So, it makes it look like Niantic has far more Users than it does. Niantic wants to keep that on the down low because companies that Advertise in Pokémon Go through Poke stops and events pay based on the number of Pokémon go active Users. Niantic states it is against terms of service to have multiple accounts, so every active user is a single person. So, the people getting screwed are the Niantic's advertisers.

Hilarious considering someone in charge would've had to approve that! I think they should come back and say..hey people, that wasn't a blunder; we've decided to allow multi account playing! That's pretty much the only way they wouldn't look like tools.

Rising heroes was a fail you should get a guaranteed shiny costume for what team you are in as well as a discount team medallion in shop if someone wants to pay to switch teams and get a guaranteed shiny for another team as well. Remote raid pass nerf supports spoofers and multiple accounts and niantic refuses to acknowledge that. Yeah why pay more for limited remote raid passes when you can pay for a spoofer and get cheaper premium passes
Yeah. I don't care about this. Niantic messes up a lot but this is a nothing burger.
Still torn about the go fest. It's so close to home I can visit family, and expect a good time with the community. But I've had no motivation for 4 months. I still love pokemon, still love Pokemon Go.
i used to multi account because that make it easier to raid alone because it is hard to find people for raiding. That being said its weird people bash spiofing when …. remote raud pass is pretty much spoofing.
Niantic lost out on $ from me today. Could have remote raided for 3 hours instead of only 1. 10 and done.
i find it weird how when you can't log in because of connection issues it gives you the option to "try a different account"

I know I'm going to upset a lot of ppl saying this but Niantic made the game to get off our a$$ and walk not to sit around and have everything given to us. The remote raids yeah it does suck but we can still do 5 a day quit crying about it already, we get it you all feel entitled. Bad news you are not entitled and it's time to get off your a$$ and play the game the way it was meant to be played. I am so sick and tired of watching people driving around to play the game. You are a cheater if that is the main way you play. I am a fat guy close to 300 pounds and I still get off my a$$ to walk around to play. I walk 50+ km a week playing the game. Using 2 or more phones is cheating as well you might as well be a spoofer if you are not already. All this crying and saying you are going to quit playing because you can not have your own way is stupid. Just stop barking threats and quit playing. Again you are not entitled and the point of the game is to exercise not sit on your a$$.
I know I'm going to get hate but I am able to express my feelings just like you are, but enough with the crying already. Get off the roll of thinking you are entitled because you are not. Just shut up or quit playing the game.
If multi acounting is cheating so is using a goctha or any other cacthing device
We have allways had the option to "change account" when we log out of our account ingame. They LOVE multi accounting because it gives more revenue. The TOS is just there because it needs to be there.
Almost everyone around me picked up a second account years before I did. But I eventually did as well. I actually go out and host raids for people I think I'm close to hosting 800, a minimum of like 24 rockets a day (3 balloons and miss one when I sleep) daily incense and one raid. I play about an hour an a half each day I would say. (Add another hour, maybe hour and a half because I do appreciate PVP, and more often that not use all of my battles) outside of the second account who at most does 1 raid and 1 trade a day I feel like I'm doing everything right I'm out 50/50 walking meeting people and helping others with raids (I'm am level 50) and I'm worried they might be trying to kill this game
Nope is not cheating it is common thing i have multiple account in some mobile games, pokemon go will be gone someday so just get over it dude is just a game

Honestly, they should just say having multi accounts is fine. Alts in other games is fine. Sometimes you want to play the story again or enjoy being a tiny player when you've done everything already. Sometimes you want to play dress up with another character or have a place to dump things you can't keep but don't entirely want to obliterate either since they don't let you have infinite space. It allows allos you to run a gimmick challenge like "no team" which means you won't ever even be able to touch a gym or raid. You are hurting no one.
Using all your accounts to throw people out of gyms right away would be mean, but in a rural place it can be helpful if you are all team Blue and it's been 24 hours and you want to reset for your coins to have someone with an alt of a different color to let your defenders come home and get their coins.
If you want to do more remote raids need more accounts and level 50 level up tasks needs more than one account if want to level up.
more accounts allow you to invite more people to raids which is even more an advantage with not being invite people that did 5 remote passes that day.
Enamorus going to be in elite raids just like with the two new regi's unpopular post this will be but its the truth and you all know that is the real reason why they did not add it to 5 star raids at same time when the older versions of it were just in raids recently.
Whenever I can't log in, I get a message to try another account.
The only thing funny about this situation is the number of people still defending Niantic after the years of torture they have put us through..

Niantic no longer cares about pokemon go as they have new titles they are putting 95% of their focus in. The pokemon company or nintendo NEED to buy & revive pokemon go or unplug the life support !!!!
If Niantic wanted you to go out and walk to gyms for your Pokémon adventure they would have deleted remote raid passes indefinitely, but they didn’t. They raised the price almost two times the original amount. That is 10 times inflation right now. They were just trying to get more profit. Not working for them right now is it.
