We got it at 658. We didn’t care about ponyta so we were just shiny checking. Just found it humorous that we got the notification when the event was almost over.

the message says at local time, but I don’t think it gets sent “at” local time, they send it to the entire player base at the same moment, but being niantic, they chose the time when only USA is still left to get it.
