What level are you? Idk off the top of my head how hard a Lapras raid is, but at lvl 42 I find that I can pretty much do any 3* raid solo. It’s kinda laughable though, I did one today and it said the recommended party size was 13!(?)

You seem to be new in Solo raiding.
I advice :
-use Pokebattler
-inform yourself about the best counter
And you will be achieving greatness.
With the right preparation you can even take down some legendary raids alone.
I know 5 that can be soloed:
-Genesect (requires sunny weather boost)
-Deoxys attack (very Easy)
-Pheromosa
-Kartana (requires sunny weather boost)
-Guzzlord
How about setting one of these as a goal?
