I decided to get both of them and use them as practice before I try again Hollow Knight (man I really want to finish that game).
Could not resits for that price.
Seems like the first one is 9 hours to complete and the second one 11. Both considered master pieces.

I have them and beat them both on Steam but the struggle to resist this buy for Switch is real…
Honestly people, don’t sleep on this if you think you might enjoy it. It’s a masterpiece as well as the sequel.

Great games, closer to like 15 and 20-25 hours respectively if you enjoy side content and being a completionist.
Will of the Wisps is better in just about every way, but it’s completely worth playing Blind Forest first for the emotional impact and world building.
These are also on sale in the US Eshop at $5.99 and $4.99. Not the first time they have hit this low in price, it also happened back in March.
Go for both, the Blind Forest is a bit rough around the edges being more of a 2D platformer with a Metroidvania map.
Will of the Wisps > Hollow Knight. I’m standing by my opinion.
I got stuck on a part of ori and the blind forest and could never get passed it, but it’s a beautiful game.
These games are amazing at full price, pretty impossible to beat value at these prices.
This is insane value for money people.
The sequel especially is just such a fun experience.

Picked up the Ori Collection on Switch this past week. Not to be confused with the Collector’s Edition; it’s literally both games on one cart.

Literally just started this the other day. Absolutely beautiful game. Incredible visuals and wonderfully bittersweet storyline.
I love these games so much. ❤️❤️❤️ Tried on a whim, and they quickly became one of my top 5 favorite games.
Both games are amazing metroidvanias with probably the best movement, music, and art in the genre
First one’s combat is a bit wonky, but combat isn’t really too important. The second one vastly improves it though and is one of my favorite games of all time
I tried hollow knight years ago and it was so hard. I took a break and started blind forest when they went on sale a few months back. Finished the game to 100% and decided to give hollow knight another go. It’s still kicking my ass but I’ve improved so much. Just bought Will of the wisps after seeing this post and am looking forward to playing
