Found this handsome boy, when I claimed my first hatch a egg task for this event. What to do now?



I mean yeah I’m going to power him up at least to lvl40, but with the existence of shadow mammoswine and other high dps ice attackers.
How viable this guy is on today’s raid meta?

    If I listed the top 20 raid attackers for water or ice types, Lapras would not be on either list

    -Level him as close as you can to 1500 with out passing 1500.

    -Get him a second charge move.

    -PVP battles
