Depending on how much dust you have, I would go with the lucky. You won’t notice a difference in raids from the stat difference and the stardust discount from Lucky can be pretty significant for a lot of players
Yep 96 lucky definitely. Do not evolve now unless you have an elite fast tm and elite charged tm. Would be useless without it’s legacy moves blast burn and wing attack (or dragon breath)
